Terms and Conditions for Brand Ambassador Program
- The Company reserves the right to decline applications if it feels like the potential Brand Ambassador is not a good fit or there are no more places available in the program.
- Brand Ambassador must be located in India and must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Brand Ambassador must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
- Individual order total to earn commissions should be minimum Rs 500.
- Maximum 2 orders can be placed per month to avail 20% discount on personal orders.
- In order to place personal orders and receive 20% discount, reach out to admin bhatiaflourmill@gmail.com
- Commissions would be transferred on monthly basis (Dates can fluctuate a couple of days depending on when you get selected for the program) whereas Exclusive hampers/perks for top performing ambassadors would be transferred on a quarterly basis.
- Once you express your interest to be a brand ambassador by filling out the form, you will receive an email from admin if you are selected. Upon selection, admin will reach out to you within next 48-72 hours and your bank account details will be collected so that monthly commissions can be transferred accordingly.
- Terms and Conditions can be modified by the company without any prior notice.
- There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between the Brand Ambassador and the company as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Services.
- The Brand Ambassador will not disclose the terms of this program to any third party.
- The activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
